Our mission is to provide you with resources, tools, and services that empower you to take the next best steps unique to your own business. Knowledge is power, but it must answer the right questions and align with your own goals and values in order to be valuable to your business.
We’ve run 3 of our own businesses online over the last 11 years and worked on hundreds of websites and online strategies for both clients and ourselves. If you could define us by our own personal values they would be Love, Integrity, Excellence, and Knowledge.
Our Team
Naomi Niles
Naomi has over a decade of experience helping hundreds of clients—from corporate to tiny businesses—define and build their online presence through a mixture of ux design, metrics, and psychology.
She believes the best business strategy is one that straddles a careful balance between the left and right-brain. Strategy, flexibility, and intuition. A splendid mixture of numbers and soul.
She believes it’s the smart choices that are aligned with deep core values that create strong, healthy and sustainable businesses and brands.
When she’s not working with clients, you can find her either hiking with a notebook and camera or sitting by the ocean, reading a good book.

Koldo Barroso
Koldo has worked with Naomi in Intuitive Music, Intuitive Designs, and now shiftfwd since 2002 as the head idea generation man behind the scenes. As a visual artist, he has worked since the 80s in different fields including illustration, graphic design, theatre, album sleeve design, logo design, and web design.
Today, he is mostly known for his work as an author and illustrator of modern fantasy books.
Our Certifications:
Naomi has obtained a master certification in Conversion Optimization at Market Motive and certification at the Inbound Marketing University.
